I occasionally get the same problem with the version of Outlook I have on
this here PC.
Sometimes it seems to occur due to slow connection speeds, sometimes for no
apparent reason at all - it's not to bad for me 'cos the lag is generally
only about 10/20 seconds at most.
Could it be my ISP (F***Serve ;) ) trying to squeeze a few extra pennies out
of me?

Well, that's my tuppenceworth - I suspect you'll have to wait until the
Wirenet Boffin ;)) surfaces to get the most accurate answer!
