It can't read read/write Amiga formatted (880k/1.76MB) disks due to hardware
limitations so there's no software that can fix it.

If you use a program called FormatAtapi you'll get a Amiga formatted
720kB/1.44MB floppy that should be bootable in the LS120 but I haven't tried
that yet.
