Yes, there is an example in the Blitz section - but it only works for AGA
systems.
Also along the same lines, try my PicScale program - it is in the FreeWare
section on the site.
It uses an improved method (through the OS) which should work on any system.
It also uses datatypes for loading the picture, so it can read any picture
format.
If you think it might be useful, I can send you the source...
