As I'm the one who complained about the current manual I'd better contribute something. I wouldn't feel right if it all got started because of my e-mail and I let other people do all the work! I'd be quite happy to write on the basic stuff - arrays, lists, variable types etc. How about checking out http=//www.f2s.com or http=//freenetnae.co.uk to host it. They're both free.
