The ReAction BOOPSI objects used to be called "ClassAct". The binaries were freely distributable, but the authors charged something for the developers kit - the opposite way around to MUI. You could include the old ClassAct version with your program (I think the pre-bundle AWeb did this), although I do not know how much they have changed in 3.5. It doesn't seem to be on Aminet though. I can dig around if you are interested.
