Well It's a real pity cause you need that kind of stuff
to be able to develop on your amiga. You can purchase
developers cd online anyway. The latest one contains
the main rom kernel manuals in html and amigaguide format
and explain almost anything you want to know.
Anyway you might want to have a look to ace on aminet (Amiga C Encyclopedia)
that is filled with courses and example programs on amiga programming.
The sad stuff is this information doesn't cover 2.x and 3.x systems, but
it's a start if you've nothing more.
Many programs have been opensourced recently and these might help you to learn
too. Check on aminet the archives containing src...
And there is the mailing list of course.
