Did I mention that even taking the version from Commodore's RKM examples which was already compiled, causes the problem on an A3000, my A1200T with no startup sequence and the startup sequence used. I tried no stack checking and that hasn't helped either. I did notice that the 'bug' would disappear if you selected the window before clicking the Commodore RKMButtonGad or whatever gadget, but unselecting the window and then clicking straight on the gadget still cause
