That's a DOS driver. I'd suggest to kill that file (rename it), then
tell Windows that it doesn't exist, it doesn't need it and it should
shut up.
dos4gw is an emulation environment to run DOS software that needs a
special mode of the CPU (extended or protected or whatever). The only
way to get into this mode is to reset the CPU (or was it the only way
to get out ??). I'd suggest to install the Win9x drivers and kill
the DOS drivers.
