Take a look (from Linux) at the file "/usr/lib/elate/rcpackaged". What
you are interested in is the devstart command that mounts device/ave; the
options you need are -w (width) and -h (height). Switch -t should set the
display type, i.e. its depth. Make sure it matches X' depth for better
performance (it might be slower or display garbage if they mismatch).
