There's a more detailed changelog/history included in the dist as well, but:
which: No changes, rollup to 1.0 on no reported bugs
exec: *Fixed bug with arguments passed to shell-resolved tools
*Changed behavior for undefined env vars. exec now warns
rather than exits.
*Env vars no longer need to have a delimiter at the end
*Updated documentation
