Amiga SDK
by Amiga
Price: 99.00
The Amiga SDK 1.0 provides a good look at the capabilities of the new
Foundation Layer. It introduces programmers to the new Virtual Processor
architecture and language. It has everything needed to begin porting C
applications. If you are a personal Java? programmer, you will find one of
the fastest Java Virtual Machines around.

License: Commercial-sitewide Platform: Red Hat Linux
Applications written using the Amiga SDK, without modification, run on
everything the Amiga OS supports. Amiga OS supports x86, PowerPC, M Core,
ARM, StrongARM, MIPS R3000, R4000, R5000, SH 3, SH4, and NEC V850
processors. The Amiga OS also runs hosted on Linux, Embedded Linux, Windows
95, 98, 2000, NT, CE and QNX4.
The compilers in the Amiga SDK generate code that is virtually bloat free.
This allows developers to write code that is small and full of features
instead of dead libraries, reducing memory requirements and increasing
execution speeds.
Developers are free to use C, C++, Java, and Amiga's own native VP to create
applications.
