Remember that AMI is running on top of linux and so is basicly at its
mercy when it comes to cpu time,.. AMI is just another linux task and may
well have been swaped out many times.
Also vpcc is based on gcc 2.8.1 and i compiled regina for linux with gcc
2.95.2 which as more optimisations.
