It got into our hands because Fleecy has envisioned such a "write once, run
many", hardware independent Digital OE for some time and has had his eyes
open wide. He found them, looked at it, and decided to go with it.

With binary compatibility, a developer need only write one set of code to
run on any system with our OE on it. No more need to write for several
platforms. Plus asymmetric multi-processing and other goodies.
