Well, back from Siggraph I go head first into this :)

There are many ways to counter the pro x86 people like:

Enforce VP code
if x86 code is supplied then VP code should be aswell
if x86 code is supplied all other arch�s must be aswell

if none of the above are met no seal of aproval, this is in no way the official
stance on the subject just my own point of view.

That said if people start to go way into x86 stuff they have totaly missed
the point of the OS itself.

This is my own opinions though :)
