It seems that the origin of this is actually Amiga Germany. He tried
to sort his problems out with them and that didn't work. Maybe you
should get in contact with him directly and check what happened
(because it's the indication that something is lurking in a dark
corner; only one of 50 people who have a problem with a company
actually complain).
