Hi guys
Just thought I'd let you know I've uploaded a port of the 8hz group's
MPEG layer 3 audio encoder to the amiga ftp site.
It's also available at:- http://www.silvan.demon.co.uk/8hz-mp3.zip
I've tested it with a few WAV files ripped from CD, and it seems to
work fine.
It's just a quick and dirty port - any feedback would be greatly
appreciated...(but as a warning, just thought I'd better mention that
it's REALLY SLOW - I may have a go at converting some of the inner
functions to VP asm if I get the chance)
Keep up the good work everybody - this is the most excited I've been
about computing since I bought my A500 in 1988...............
