All I managed to find was the 3rd-party "we don't support it, go look on
this other site" stuff, as well as a reference to XFree86.org. Are these
the right ones?

Any reason not to add VenderMatrox? You say it's optional, but I don't
know enough to make an informed choice. :)

Well, I probably won't get to it for a day or so, but I wanted to make
sure of what I was doing before I started. With luck, you won't be
hearing from me (except maybe to tell you how great your instructions are
:), but it's nice to know help is out there if I need it.
