Ray will be setting up a second Bugzilla for our external developers
as soon as we get another server online. Should be first of next week.
We are using Bugzilla internally and would like to keep compatibility
so when we scrub bugs we can just wash them across to the developer
bug base.
If you guys want something besides Bugzilla YELL now and loudly
please.
