Hoi Amigans
What is the version, or how can I deterimene the version of "Make"?
I downloaded make-3.76.1 from ftp.amiga.com and tried to compile it, but in
the compile it bombs out with an error which is ofcors Taelon text to me:
Amiga 1.0:/tmp/make-3.76.1$ make
vpcc -c main.c -D__ELATE__ -DELATE -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -Iglob -Wall -O3 -o
main.o
main.c: In function `main':
main.c:1575: warning: `status' might be used uninitialized in this function
make: *** No rule to make target `//lang/cc/src/arscan.c', needed by
`//lang/cc/
src/arscan.o'. Stop.
Amiga 1.0:/
Also I tried this:
Amiga 1.0:/$ make /tmp/make-3.76.1/Makefile
make: Nothing to be done for `/tmp/make-3.76.1/Makefile'.
Amiga 1.0:/$
In my SDK the directory /lang/cc/src does not exists, so thats possible the
cause of the compiler error? Where is this /lang/cc/src/* dir or files?
Have someone else alread tried to compile this Make archive from the
ftp-server? Is it the same version as current in the SDK?
met vriendelijke groet,
Michiel Erasmus
