you've asked this question here already, asking twice isnt going to help ;-)
have you also tried the Warp3D mailing list (offered via Haage&Partner),
quite a few people there also run HereticII, but have not joined the H2
maillist list since they have no problems.
video playing issues popped up on it several months ago - I guess they are
archived (try the Warp3D ML archive on aminet)
