The theatre group I work for had a small webiste which gave you all the
information needed; show times, directions to the theatres and a link to
ticketmaster so you could book tickets online. The site was managed by the
Chief Electrician at our sister theatre.

Someone in management decided to redo the site and contracted in a company to
do the work. Now you can't access the site if you don't have Flash. Half the
links don't work, the booking information is missing and the mailto tags are
shagged too.

Apparently the graphics look nice. That's great, you can look at the site but
do bugger all useful!
