because you dont pay for the online hours, you pay for the service. So, you
pay , lets say, 4.99 for BTSurfTime, and that allows you to have usual
connectivity, but with 300~odd hours of 'free connection time' (instead of
the usual 1p/min local-access charge). that time online would normally cost
you 180 quid
