If that's the MicroTek 17 inch, bin it and get a new monitor and a
flicker fixer.
You will spend a fortune getting it fixed and it will fail again in a
few months. Apart from one rather rare 15 inch model, all MicroVitek
monitors are junk.
I speak from experience of dozens of them.
However, I think Microvitek are still in business and will do repairs.
