Hi there,
There are a few different ways to install QNX RtP. The easiest way in your
setup to install it would be to install into Win98. What happens is that
the installer will create a virtual file system for itself, to Windows this
is just a really big file, create a directory with a couple of startup
programs in it and then create or modify the Win98 boot menu (via the
autoexec) so that you can select either QNX or Win98. You don't have to
install it into a separate partition. To uninstall it all you have to do is
delete the directory QNX creates and the virtual file system file.
On my PC I have Win98, RedHat Linux 6.2, and QNX RtP, triple booted via
System Commander2000. I used to have QNX RtP installed in Win98 and found
it worked just fine, though a bit slower than running it in it's own
partition.
Cheers,
Darin.
