What happens when you try to write a disk with the 2091 and the 030?
Does it not work at all, or is it just annoyingly slow when making the
ISO image?

Does the machine boot OK without the 2091 ? (From a WB floppy if that
leaves you with no hard drive). What happens when you boot with both
buttons down?

I've never heard of any particular problem.
I suspect the Cyberstorm 060 is dodgy or not making a good connection.
