It is hypothetical, because you don't need the chip. Neither do the
vast mojority of the peple on this list or the general UK Amiga
populace. That's the point that no one wants to accept. You may well buy
up all of the chips and try to sell them at three time the price, but
you would sell anywhere near a third of them to cover your costs,
because there's no significant demand.
Most UK Amigas are A1200s
Most UK big box Amigas have already got the latest Buster, either as
standard or from an upgrade
Most of the few remaining big box Amigas won't be upgraded.
Where's the market for Buster chips?
