Try http://www.uk.debian.org for main page to get instructions.
The base amiga install files for M68k are at
ftp://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/potato/main/disks-m68k/2.2.16-2000-07-14/amigainstall.tgz
this contains all the amiga specific files.
-and-
ftp://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/potato/main/disks-m68k/2.2.16-2000-07-14/base2_2.tgz
this is the generic base system for m68k.
You need both files to install Linux, be warned amigainstall is 4.7
megs and base2 is 15.4megs.
try ftp://ftp.uk.debain.org/debian/dists/stable/main/
(This points to the files)
