But sales of Amiga versions of PFS3 are mostly history (BTW PFS3 is back
in stock ;-) ). You're asking for retrospective effort for sales that
have already been made, and where the total royalties were fairly small
in the first place.
The PFS3 specs are on the CD, so it is possible for a 3rd party to
develop a Linux PFS3 filesystem.
