It's not in Magnum Opus, either the main archive or any of the updates.
However, The one I use has been posted to a number of lists in the past, so
you may have picked it up from one of those.
I know Magnum Opus hasn't been updated for a long while, but that's not to say
that work on it has ended. I have loads of other bits and filetypes all at
various stages of being finished and the Amigaguide file needs updating
badly. But since I started it way back in 1996, my circumstances have changed
a lot and I don't have the time to devote to it that I use to. Plus since
going on-line a couple of years ago I'm now involved in several other
projects as well.
Just as soon as a new update is available I'll let the AA list know.
