Here's a filetype I created which seems to work for everyone else who's tried
it so far...
Name: CD Audio ID: CDAU Pri:127
Disk CD0:CDDA override
The "override" switch will let you use your own icon to replace any default
one. You can then add any functions onto the filetype you want.
