Supposed to but it doesn't always happen like that. Issue 10 was late too
but 11 was out very quickly for us subscrbers.
I've been away and unsubbed from the list and thought the issue may have
been out already and I had not even known about it. At least I don't need
to get in touch with the subs people - yet !
Hopefully I will get the mag Saturday, a pity it is a month late !
