You can get a replacement fan from Maplin. No need for a whole supply,
which might be rather expensive as it is an Amiga spare part rather than
a standard PC supply.
I replaced a couple of A4000 fans a while back, IIRC it was a
straightforward job.
As a temporary measure try offering it some WD40.
