A single board PC can be obtained from many places, note the PC isa
compuyter in its own right it'll need a mouse, keybaord, floppy driv,. cd
drive hard disk etc. - it is not linked to the Amiga at all, except via the
PCI slot. I know this works with the ISA slots in an A3000 and A4000, as
for the PCI slots I cannot be 100% sure - but it seems as if it's 98% sure
you can! :)
If you go to the AllTheWeb search engine with http://www.alltheweb.com and
search for 'Single Board Computer UK' - you should get a list of UK
suppliers, selling anythig from 386, 486, Pentium, Pentium II, Celeron and
even PIII SBCs. All at good prices. because of PCI you should e able to
egta decent gfx. card/3d card as well i should imagine. :) Note most SBCs
come with no RAM or CPU, adding to the cost, but a Pentium II SBC is quite
cheap.
Hope this helps! :)
