This is an RCS (Revision Control System) repository. Basically it's a
specially formatted text file that stores information on multiple
revisions of a text file. RCS files normally end with ",v".
RCS is commonly used by programmers to maintain and track source code
revisions. RCS can be used with any text files that are revised
regularly. Such as HTML, Readmes and in this case AmigaGuides.
You need to use RCS to "check out" the latest revision of the
AmigaGuide from this repository.
