WebPlug is a good start. But all you really need is a text editor and a good
HTML book.

You use an FTP program to upload your masterpiece to your ISP. Check with your
ISP on how to upload you website, as they will have lots of info on this.

You could do worse than Join the BetaJaen mailing list. We can then concentrate
on getting you up to speed HTML wise. It's on egroups. The URL is below.
