So, sending a complaint is considered abusive? As that Kelly guy from The
Mirror says, we need a regulating body for ISP's, 'cos they are just pissin'
around with us too much.
I Myself have been getting disconnected from BT INternet way before the two
hour cut-off period, and they have been trying to blame my machine for it.
Every one in my area who uses BTI has had the same problem, and they use a
wide range of machines. I told them I used an Amiga, knowing full well what
the reply would be, so now I've just told 'em to eff off, sort it out, or
I'll change over to another ISP.
And apart from that, I recently joined BT SurfTime, under the impression
that with BT Internet, it would be £5.99 a month for ST, and £4.00 a month
for BTI. On the phone bill that arrived yesterday, I've been charged £16 for
SurfTime. Rip off. And totally wrong.
Cheers,
GazChap.
