as a visitor of the Dome, I'd say there is nothing wrong with it. As a
viewer of how much money they are losing hand-over-fist I'd say that there
is some seriously bad mismanagement and financial bezzeling going on.
one point, for example, is that ALL catering was tendered out to various
other companies, who are making the profits. Either the Dome should have
charged them more ground-rent (or 'per-sale' rates) or they should have done
all the catering themselves!
