It does. What it doesn't do is provide SocksD or IP-NAT out of the box.
SocksD is possible, but not IP-NAT as far as I know. These are the programs
which do the invisible redirection which makes a LAN based machine visible to
to the world through the machine with a WAN connection.

If you have a static internet-visible IP address for each of your machines,
this doesn't matter at all.
