Hi Darren all you do is something like this
<A HREF="http://www.amigactive.com" TARGET="_top_">AmigActive</A>
the bit where it says target top, it isn't supposed to be underlined
it was supposed to be an underscore before the word top, MD uses it as
a underline command and I do not know how to get around it
