Seagate drives are notoriously unreliable in my eyes, we've had so many
of them fail at work that it's a wonder we still buy them (I literally sighed
on Friday as I opened a delivery of four new disks to find they were Seagate)
Get a Maxtor (loud, but reliable), Quantum (middling-to-average, slightly
clicky) or Fujitsu (temperamental with older drives, but otherwise excellent)
drive, you'll find that they're not really that different in price and you'll get
a whole lot more use out of them (like a few years :) than the equivalent
Seagate.
I've never heard of Forrest Trading, and to be honest I wouldn't trust any
company who has a site hosted on Geocities, of all places.
As for the price, £37 is bloody good for a 4.3GB drive. Then again, at first
glance I don't trust the drive manufacturer or the company selling it. Do
what you wish :)
