I signed up last month with Freeserve to make use of their 24/7 £10/month
service, of which I am very impressed with. But I don't get these
newsletters other Freeserve users have received. Am I doing something
wrong? :)

Took me 10 minutes, and four days to receive the dial-up details in the
e-mail (it's done by direct debit so takes a few days to set it up).
