It works with AWeb.

We've discussed it. The problem at the moment is that the situation
regarding unmetered access is so fluid that any article would be out of
date, possibly even misleading, by the time it's published.

Are you using MiamiSSL? If so, make sure you have the latest version. I
get this when using AmiSSL with AWeb, because AmiSSL's certificates are
old, it hasn't been updated for some time.
