Like Colin said, and AmigaAMP's author makes clear, AmigaAMP is a programme
designed to look good first, and therefore requires quite a bit of oomph to
run. However, as you have a PPC, I'd've thought you would be able to use
AmigaAMP with no problems.

There are other MP3 players that do the job with less need for CPU power.
You might want to take a look at them. SongPlayer is functional, and is
MUI. Tamara's Prayer2 has a nice-looking non-standard interface, and
doesn't require too much processor power. It runs well on my 040.
