On step 2, I was not sure about which filesystem to use. I went to
HDToolbox and clicked on Change . . . Then I had the following choices:
standard file system
custom file system
uni\01 file system
I chose the uni\01 file system
It seem to work. I was able to format it with sfsformat and it came up
okay.
