Define it in your main code and then SHARED inside functions as
required. As far as I can tell there are no true Global Variables in
Blitz.

The Blitz Compiler does this. Load up your BB2 file and use the
Project/Save ASCII meun item. A CLI program wouldn't be too hard
to create by butchering Investigator, but unless you want to do lots
of them, the manual way would work.
Hope someone else can answer the others. Probably can, they are a
pretty bright bunch here you know :-)
