Nope. The 'original' RKM text in AmigaGuide format relied upon the
ENV:AmigaGuide path variable to be configured. Otherwise the links between
the individual documents would not have worked. Fixing up the links is
a difficult process, in particular if you have to do it manually. I expect
that this is what was done for the Amiga Developer CD 1.2. The 2.1 version
should work right out of the box, though. Before I put it onto the CD I
kept tinkering with it and kept it on my hard disk drive. All the links
should work as they are and not require you to keep the CD-ROM around.
