nop, i dont want to use MUI. Waht i want is to know when the mouse pointer
is over a "region". This "region" can be a gadget, a zone or something else.
It doesnt matter. All that i want is to know when the mouse is over a
region. Look at Aweb (ie) when you are over a HTML link and you click on it
the program know what it have to do.
