I think what you should do is start StormC, load a #?.c file and enter
preferences/editor and change colours etc. Then you can select
projct/save as default icon. You can do similar for other extensions,
and there's also a special save as default project IIRC.
Not entirely sure about these things though, but I have it configured as
I want, and I haven't changed any tooltypes manually...
