First thing I'd suggest is contacting the company you bought OS3.5 from.

They should be the latest classes, the beta listbrowser I'm running is the
same (or very nearly) as the OS3.5 ReAction release version. I have no idea
why that tag isn't in the includes, it's certainly been around since before
ReAction. There was a lot of last minute scrambling getting OS3.5 out the
door though, so it wouldn't surprise me if whoever slapped the CD together
missed a few 'minor' details like updating includes, autodocs or even
classes.

darxide email caldi'. That'll give you Chris Aldi's email address, he's the
