There should be several things to do this on Aminet.
It's usually some code you compile into your program. It tracks your
allocations and can report anytime how much you have not yet freed.

I haven't understood the weirdness about these incompatibilities, at least
here Enforcer does work on my CS MK II 040/40.
There's also Cyberguard and the MMU Lib Tools.
